Originally founded by Bob Norton, Rock Homes LLC began its journey with its first home in 2004. Within nine months, Bob created a dream home for a new family and continued investing his time in creating customized homes in the Michigan area. Before moving his family and business to Utah in 2008, Bob partnered with Bryan Campbell who was to run operations in the Detroit area while Bob focused on home building in Utah.
Since then, Bob founded Norton Development Company in 2012 which is currently located in Utah and has continued to expand business in that area. Bryan Campbell, a licensed builder, paired well with Bob and as the real estate market shifted during the financial crisis, so did Bob and Bryan’s marketing strategy.
Soon both partners began focusing on customized homes in the Bloomfield Hills and Birmingham area. With this in mind, Rock Homes quickly began to diversify from foreclosure homes to more unique new construction projects led by the innovation and vision of Bryan.
